Top Chef: Miami is the third season of American reality television chef top and was filmed for the first time in Miami, Florida, and ended in Aspen, Colorado. The season premiered on Bravo on June 13, 2007 and ended on October 10, 2007. Padma Lakshmi returned with Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons and Ted Allen's new judge, who will go out with Simmons throughout the season. Season one contestant Lee Anne Wong was taken as a food consultant and help in planning challenges. The production took place in April and May 2007 in Miami Beach, Florida, aged 15 contestants living and production activity centered on the historic Fontainebleau Hotel.
As with season 2, the winning recipe of a weekly episode of season 3 appears on the website of Top Chef Bravo and prepared by Season 1 contestant Lee Anne Wong in a web video called The Wong Way to Cook. Another former contestant Carlos Fernandez, Season 2, is featured in a Yahoo! / Telemundo called Sabrosazon Blog featuring the recipes and write about the season 3 in Spanish as well as a blog called Miami Spice Bravo in which he presents recipes English.
